Flight Status Alerts (“FSA”): We will inform you about whether flights are on time, delayed, cancelled, or if there are changes of airport gate/terminal, etc. Users may set up the passenger, their business contacts, secretary, friends and family, etc. as global alert recipients. Flight alerts are generated in real time through our App and/or E-mail, SMS and social networks (Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn).
Phonebook: Our App offers a voice communication channel via the Internet (VoIP). Users or Subscribers may talk free of charge with the Companies included in the directory (Travel and Tourism, Car Rental, Travel Assistance, Hotels, Airlines, Car, Travel Insurance, etc.).
Receive Push Messages: These messages contain information of interest to the traveler, which is selected using our segmentation algorithms to meet Users’ or Subscribers’ interest, context and profile.
In addition, Flyers Concierge offers:
- Internet connectivity services. We offer travelers the possibility to surf the Internet in more than 120 countries without paying “roaming” costs.
- An exclusive Taxi reservation service in many cities around the world.
- A VAT refund service for Companies’ travel expenses (hotels, car rental, Congress and Convention registration, etc.). This service covers 10 States of the European Union.
- New intelligent services will be incorporated periodically. Flyers Concierge accompanies travelers and their ecosystem throughout the journey.
